Q1:Can I get a sample?
For our existing products, you can purchase sample at our aliexpress store with free shipping: http://www.zyachina.com/Or we can provide your a free sample .
If you need to make custom sample, the cost will be around 30-100USD depends on different styles.
Sample cost is refundable after order confirmed if order amount up to 2,000USD.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
For stock products, there is no MOQ requirement.
For custom products, generally our MOQ is 100pcs/design.
Q3: Can custom my color or graphics on the products?
Of course, OEM/customization is welcome. You can choose the color and material as you want.
We can put your logo, make your own pattern as well.
Q4: What is the lead time?
For bulk order, it normally take 15-35 days after order and sample confirmation.
Q5: How to know your bulk order quality?
Once order confirmed, we will send pp samples photo or actual sample for confirmation at your choice. Our QC team will do inspection according to AQL standard in mass production and make sure the quality is good before shipping out.
Your QC or 3rd party inspector is also welcome.
Q6: Can I get a refund if defective rate exceeds AQL quality standards when I got the goods.
We are not responsible for shipping damage. But you will get full refund for defectives if due to manufacturing failure.
